WARRANTY INFORMATION
All products sold by ITSCO are guaranteed to be free from defects. The length of the warranty period may vary on a product-by-product basis, but the standard product warranty period is one year, parts and labor. However, warranties does not cover failures caused by physical abuse or improper usage. Please contact your ITSCO sale representative for more specific information regarding product warranties.
Extended warranty protection is available for all products sold and serviced by ITSCO. Extended warranties are available for limited terms of coverage, or for the lifetime of the product. For further information, please contact your ITSCO sales representative.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
To return a product to ITSCO, please contact your ITSCO sales representative at (714) 761-8886 and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. When calling, please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Name and address of your company
- Contact name
- Telephone number
- Your original purchase order number
- Your ITSCO invoice number
- Model
- Serial number(s)
- A brief description of the problem.
Please be sure that your RMA number appears on the outside of your package. (We regret that any packages received without a valid RMA number must be returned unopened; RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issuance.)
If the product is being returned for warranty repair, ITSCO will return the product, freight prepaid, via the same method. (For example, if you ship it to us via UPS Ground, we will return it to you via UPS Ground.)
If you are returning an evaluation unit, the product should be in its original packaging. We recommend double-boxing all returns in order to minimize restocking fees for damaged packaging. Please make sure products are returned with all cables, manuals, or other items included in the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping charges on all returned products.
